Varex Q3 FY2026 Earnings: Industrial Growth and Tariff Refunds Lift Margins

Varex Imaging’s fiscal Q3 2026 revenue rose 3.7% to $210.5 million, while GAAP diluted EPS improved to $0.37 from a $2.15 loss and non-GAAP EPS increased to $0.31 from $0.13. Industrial revenue climbed to $76.5 million, offsetting a decline in Medical revenue to $134.0 million. A $17 million IEEPA tariff refund, partly offset by a $7 million customer-reimbursement accrual, added approximately $10 million to gross profit and helped lift non-GAAP gross margin to 36.7%. Operating cash flow totaled $21 million.
