Energy Fuels Inc. is a global critical mineral company. The Company produces several of the raw materials needed for clean energy and advanced technologies, including uranium, vanadium, heavy mineral sand (HMS) and rare earth elements (REE). Its projects include the Nichols Ranch Project, the White Mesa Mill, the Pinyon Plain Project, the Roca Honda Project, the Sheep Mountain Project, the Bullfrog Project, the La Sal Project, the Toliara Project, the Donald Project, the Bahia Project, the Kwale Project and others. The Toliara Project is an HMS and REE project located in southwestern Madagascar that is in the permitting and development phase. The Donald Project is in the Wimmera region of Victoria, Australia. It is located approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of Melbourne. The Bahia Project is an HMS and REE project comprised of 19 heavy mineral concessions covering 41,951 acres or 65.5 square miles located in Brazil, that is in the exploration/permitting phase.
