Atlassian Q4 FY2026 Earnings: Cloud Growth Accelerates as GAAP Profitability Returns

Atlassian’s fiscal Q4 2026 revenue rose 28% to $1.766 billion, led by 31% cloud growth, while GAAP diluted EPS improved to $0.55 from a $0.09 loss. GAAP operating margin reached 12%, compared with negative 2% a year earlier, and free cash flow was $475 million. Subscription ARR increased 23% to $6.606 billion and remaining performance obligations climbed 44%. For fiscal 2027, Atlassian expects 13% revenue growth, 25.5% cloud growth, and a 17% decline in Data Center revenue, making the cloud transition and margin trajectory the main issues to monitor.
