Sempra Q2 2026 Earnings: Profit Rises Despite Flat Revenue

Sempra’s Q2 2026 revenue was $2.997 billion, nearly unchanged from $3.000 billion a year earlier, while GAAP diluted EPS rose to $1.21 from $0.71 and adjusted EPS increased to $1.16 from $0.89. Higher equity earnings, lower tax expense, and gains across California, Texas, and Infrastructure supported profit growth, although interest expense increased. First-half operating cash flow reached $3.117 billion against more than $6 billion of capital spending. Sempra affirmed 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $4.80 to $5.30 and its 7% to 9% long-term EPS growth target.
