Pfizer Q2 2026 Earnings: Non-COVID Growth Raises Revenue Outlook

Pfizer’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 3% to $15.03 billion, with non-COVID revenue up 5% operationally, while adjusted diluted EPS was $0.77 versus $0.78 a year ago. A $4.3 billion non-cash intangible-asset impairment drove a reported loss of $0.04 per share despite nearly flat adjusted income. Growth in Eliquis, Padcev, Vyndaqel and Lorbrena offset steep declines in Paxlovid and Comirnaty. Pfizer raised the midpoint of 2026 revenue guidance to $61.5 billion and maintained adjusted EPS guidance of $2.80 to $3.00.
