Marcus & Millichap Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Growth Restores Profitability

Marcus & Millichap’s preliminary Q2 2026 earnings showed revenue rising 17.8% year over year to $202.9 million, while diluted EPS improved to $0.10 from a $0.28 loss. Net income reached $3.9 million versus an $11.0 million loss, and adjusted EBITDA increased to $12.1 million from $1.5 million. Brokerage commissions and financing fees both advanced, led by faster growth in larger transactions, although a higher commission mix lifted cost of services to 62.4% of revenue. Management expects rate, inflation and bid-ask spread pressures to persist through 2026.
