Middleby Q2 2026 earnings: Revenue grows 10% as GAAP EPS declines

Middleby’s Q2 2026 earnings showed net sales of $875.5 million, up 9.9% year over year, while diluted GAAP EPS from continuing operations fell to $1.20 from $1.91. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $193.2 million, but its margin narrowed to 22.1% as transaction costs and weaker segment margins offset revenue growth. Commercial Foodservice delivered 8.3% organic sales growth. Following the Food Processing spin-off, Middleby raised its 2026 outlook for the post-spin company, forecasting full-year net sales of $2.48 billion to $2.53 billion.
