Lumentum Q4 FY2026 earnings: Revenue doubles as margins expand

Lumentum’s fiscal Q4 2026 revenue reached $1.006 billion, up 109.3% year over year, while non-GAAP diluted EPS increased to $3.23 from $0.88. GAAP gross margin expanded to 47.4%, but a one-time, non-cash $7.8 billion debt extinguishment loss drove a $7.162 billion GAAP net loss and EPS of -$84.65. Components and systems revenue both more than doubled.
