Lear Q2 2026 earnings: E-Systems margins improve as cash flow rises

Lear’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 3% to $6.21 billion, while GAAP diluted EPS increased 24% to $3.79. Net income attributable to Lear reached $192.8 million, and free cash flow climbed 69% to $287.8 million. E-Systems delivered the clearest margin improvement, with its adjusted segment margin rising to 5.8% from 4.9%, while Seating’s adjusted margin held at 6.7%. Lear also raised the midpoints and narrowed most ranges in its 2026 outlook, including sales guidance of $23.54 billion to $24.01 billion.
