Kenvue Q2 2026 earnings: Sales and EPS rise as margins narrow

Kenvue’s fiscal Q2 2026 net sales rose 3.0% to $3.955 billion, supported by 1.6% organic growth and a 1.4% currency benefit. Diluted EPS increased 9% to $0.24, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 7% to $0.31. However, gross margin fell 70 basis points to 58.2% as inflation, tariffs and transactional foreign exchange outweighed part of the benefit from productivity and value realization. Skin Health and Beauty led segment growth, and six-month free cash flow increased to $1.0 billion ahead of the pending Kimberly-Clark transaction.
