International Seaways Q2 2026 Earnings: Higher Tanker Rates Drive Record Profit

International Seaways (NYSE: INSW) reported Q2 2026 shipping revenue of $467.3 million, up from $195.6 million a year earlier, and diluted EPS of $5.91 versus $1.25. Net income reached a record $294.9 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $345.2 million and quarterly free cash flow hit a record $261 million. Higher crude and product tanker spot earnings and stronger time-charter profit sharing more than offset a 17% decline in revenue days. The company also declared a record $5.05-per-share quarterly dividend, reported $935 million of liquidity, and expanded its LR1 newbuild program.
