Howmet Aerospace Q2 2026 earnings: Organic growth reaches 21% as guidance rises

Howmet Aerospace’s second-quarter 2026 revenue rose 24% to $2.547 billion, with organic growth of 21%, while diluted GAAP EPS increased 33% to $1.33. Adjusted EBITDA advanced 39% to $817 million and margin expanded 340 basis points to 32.1%, supported by commercial aerospace, defense aerospace, and gas turbine demand. Free cash flow reached $479 million. Engine Products led segment growth, while Engineered Structures sales declined after a divestiture and product rationalization. Howmet also raised its full-year revenue, adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS, and free-cash-flow guidance.
