Grainger Q2 2026 earnings: Margin expansion supports a higher outlook

Grainger’s Q2 2026 net sales rose 10.3% to $5.021 billion, while diluted EPS increased 20.5% to $12.01. Gross margin expanded 100 basis points to 39.5%, helped materially by a $43 million IEEPA tariff refund, segment improvement, and the company’s U.K. market exit. Operating cash flow reached $444 million and free cash flow was $333 million. Grainger raised its full-year adjusted outlook, including net sales of $19.4 billion to $19.7 billion and diluted EPS of $45.50 to $47.25.
