Frontdoor Q2 2026 earnings: Lower claims costs helped profits outpace revenue

Frontdoor’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 5% year over year to $645 million, while diluted EPS increased 19% to $1.76 and adjusted EBITDA climbed 10% to $220 million. Higher realized pricing, modest volume growth, and lower contract claims costs—including a $5 million favorable-weather benefit—helped profits grow faster than sales. Ending home warranty membership reached 2.11 million, up 1%. Six-month operating cash flow was $245 million and free cash flow was $233 million.
