Estée Lauder Fiscal Q4 2026 Earnings: Organic Sales Growth Accelerates to 5%

Estée Lauder Companies reported fiscal Q4 2026 net sales growth of 6% and organic growth of 5%, marking a fourth consecutive quarter of growth. For fiscal 2026, revenue rose 5% to $15.049 billion, adjusted diluted EPS increased 66% to $2.51, and adjusted operating margin expanded 320 basis points to 11.2%. Fragrance led category growth, while Makeup was nearly flat organically. The company affirmed fiscal 2027 organic sales growth guidance of 3% to 5% and raised its adjusted operating margin outlook to 12.7% to 13.5%.
