Cushman & Wakefield Q2 2026 Earnings: Leasing Drives 11% Revenue Growth

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.76 billion, up 11%, as leasing revenue rose 27% and services revenue increased 8%. Adjusted EBITDA grew 14% to $183.6 million, but GAAP net income fell 8% to $52.7 million and diluted EPS declined to $0.22 from $0.25. Higher interest expense, taxes, real estate investment losses and operating costs limited profit conversion. The company raised its 2026 adjusted EPS growth guidance to 18%-23% from 15%-20% and lowered the borrowing spread on its term loan.
