Cencora Fiscal Q3 2026 Earnings: OneOncology Supports Margin Expansion

Cencora’s fiscal Q3 2026 revenue rose 5.1% to $84.8 billion, while GAAP diluted EPS increased 11.9% to $3.94 and adjusted EPS advanced 12.0% to $4.48. The OneOncology acquisition supported a 66-basis-point increase in GAAP gross margin and stronger U.S. Healthcare Solutions profit, although acquisition-related expenses and financing pushed net interest expense higher. Cencora repurchased $1 billion of shares and raised fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $17.75-$17.95. International revenue and operating income also grew, led by European distribution and global specialty logistics.
