Colgate-Palmolive Q2 2026 Earnings: Gross Margin Expands as GAAP EPS Falls

Colgate-Palmolive’s Q2 2026 net sales rose 4.9% to $5.36 billion, while organic sales increased 2.4%. GAAP diluted EPS fell 5% to $0.86, but Base Business EPS advanced 8% to $0.99. Gross margin expanded 140 basis points to 61.5%, although higher SG&A and other expenses reduced GAAP operating margin to 19.0%. Latin America led divisional growth, while North America declined and Hill’s volumes remained under pressure.
