BARK Fiscal Q1 2027 Earnings: DTC Contraction Persists Despite Lower Costs

BARK’s fiscal Q1 2027 revenue fell 23.4% to $78.8 million as DTC sales contracted, while diluted EPS improved to $0.08 from a $0.83 loss. GAAP gross margin rose to 72.7%, but a one-time fiscal 2026 tariff refund inflated margin and net income; normalized gross margin was 63.4%.
