Aptiv Q2 2026 Earnings: Margins Expand as Cash Flow Weakens

Aptiv’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 2% year over year to $3.274 billion, while diluted EPS from continuing operations increased to $1.40 from $1.21. Adjusted EBITDA reached $613 million and margin expanded 160 basis points to 18.7%, supported by higher volumes and favorable foreign exchange, partly offset by commodity costs. However, operating cash flow fell to $137 million and free cash flow declined to $12 million. The quarter was Aptiv’s first after completing the Electrical Distribution Systems spin-off, and full-year guidance reflects the continuing New Aptiv business.
