AbbVie Q2 2026 earnings: Immunology and neuroscience drive 10.2% revenue growth

AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) reported Q2 2026 net revenue of $16.990 billion, up 10.2% year over year, with GAAP diluted EPS rising to $2.03 from $0.52 and adjusted diluted EPS increasing 22.9% to $3.65. Immunology revenue grew 15.1% as Skyrizi and Rinvoq more than offset Humira’s decline, while neuroscience advanced 20.3%. GAAP profitability also benefited from lower acquired IPR&D, contingent consideration expense, and tax costs. AbbVie lowered full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $13.87-$14.07 to include dilution from its proposed $10.9 billion Apogee Therapeutics acquisition.
