Chip, storage shares continued to jump in overnight trading. Intel, SK Hynix, SOXL up around 3%; UMC, Astera Labs up about 2%; Marvell Tech, ARM, Western Digital up over 1%.

South Korea's SK Hynix is in talks with Intel about a deal that would see it manufacture memory chips on U.S. soil for the first time, three people familiar with the discussions said.
