Chip stocks rebounded in premarket trading. Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares rose 4%; Intel, SK hynix, Marvell Technology, AMD, SanDisk, and Arm rose 2%; Western Digital and Micron Technology rose 1%; Nvidia rose 0.9%.

Optical communications stocks also rebounded in premarket trading. AXT and Applied Optoelectronics rose 4%; POET Technologies, Lumentum, Coherent, and Corning rose 2%,

Crypto stocks rose in premarket trading. MARA Holdings, BitMine, Coinbase, Robinhood, Riot Platforms, and Strategy rose 2%.
