Block said it will cut over 4,000 jobs, nearly half its workforce, as part of an overhaul to embed artificial intelligence across its operations, sending shares of the payments firm up 22% in premarket trading.

MARA Holdings is partnering with Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital to develop some of the Bitcoin miner’s existing sites into infrastructure that can support artificial intelligence applications and some other cloud services. MARA’s shares jumped 16.45% in premarket trading.

Dell said it expects revenue from its key artificial intelligence-optimized servers business to double in fiscal year 2027 and promised to return more cash to shareholders, sending its shares surging 12% in premarket trading.

NuScale Power announced Thursday that it has entered into a new at-the-market (ATM) equity offering agreement, allowing the company to offer and sell up to $1 billion in Class A common stock. The shares dropped 6% in premarket trading.

Duolingo forecast first-quarter and 2026 bookings below expectations as it shifts strategy toward faster user growth, a move it said will weigh on bookings growth and profitability this year, sending the company's shares down more 22% in premarket trading.
