China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities is the sole sponsor and sole sponsor-overall coordinator. It also acts as overall coordinator, joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager together with China Securities (International) Corporate Finance and CLSA.

CCB International Capital, BOCI Asia and Huizhi International Capital Holdings are also part of the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, while Livermore Holdings act as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
