Oracle said on Tuesday it expects booked revenue at its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure business to exceed half a trillion dollars, boosted by growing demand for its relatively low-cost cloud infrastructure services and sending its shares up.
The company's remaining performance obligations, or RPO, the most popular measure of booked revenue, jumped 359% to $455 billion in the first quarter, ended August 31.
Nvidia-linked shares rallied in overnight trading. CoreWeave rose 5%; Aurora Innovation, APLD, SoundHound AI up 1%.
Chinese ETFs and ADRs jumped in overnight trading. Baidu rose 6%; Bilibili, Alibaba, YINN rose 3%; Li Auto rose 2%; PDD rose 1%.

Chip design software provider Synopsys missed Wall Street estimates for third-quarter revenue on Tuesday, hurt by weakness in its Design IP business, sending shares down nearly 19% in overnight trading.
The segment includes Synopsys' interface, security and embedded processor intellectual property, along with IP implementation services.
