Alibaba shares rose 5% in overnight trading after a 13% rally last Thursday. Citi raised the firm’s price target on Alibaba to $187 from $148 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
The firm updated the company’s model post the fiscal Q1 report. Alibaba’s cloud revenue jumped 26% year-over-year in Q1 and management sees the growth sustaining going forward, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
