Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Friday:

DA Davidson initiates Viant at buy

DA says shares of the ad tech company have plenty more room to run.

“We are initiating coverage of Viant Technology Inc with a BUY rating and $15 price target.”

Rothschild & Redburn reiterates Nvidia as buy

The firm says it remains bullish on Nvidia following earnings earlier this week.

“Our NVDA investment thesis concludes that improving visibility on data center capex growth would coincide with proof-points as to the durability of Nvidia’s competitive moat. Together, these will combine to drive a re-rating of the shares.”

Telsey upgrades Dollar Tree to outperform from market perform

Telsey says the discount retailer is well positioned for growth.

“We have increased confidence in Dollar Tree now that it is a cleaner story following the sale of Family Dollar in July 2025, with the expansion of multi-price point products and stores, which should yield multi-year growth.”

JPM says it’s standing by shares of Marvell following earnings on Thursday.

“Overall, we see a solid setup for the company, driven by the continued recovery in its cyclical businesses and sustained AI growth tailwinds.”

Bank of America reiterates Dell as buy

Bank of America says Dell is an “AI juggernaut” following earnings on Thursday.

“We remain bullish on shares of DELL where we expect long term EPS growth of 15% over the next five years supported by strong growth in AI servers.”

Bank of America reiterates Affirm as buy

The fintech company is firing on all cylinders following earnings, Bank of America says.

“We reiterate a Buy rating on Affirm following F4Q earnings and a FY26 guide that beat expectations.”

UBS initiates Karooooo as buy

UBS says the software company has an attractive risk/reward.

“We initiate coverage of KARO, a telematics, fleet management and delivery-as-a-service
company, with a Buy rating.”

JPMorgan reiterates Ulta Beauty as overweight

JPMorgan said the company produced a very “high quality beat” in its latest earnings report.

“one of the best upward revision momentum stories in our coverage as the truth sets ULTA free.”

Bank of America downgrades Li Auto to neutral from buy

Bank of America says it sees slowing growth for the China EV company.

“We downgrade Li Auto (Li) to Neutral from Buy following its 2Q25 results, as the company guided lower sales volume/GPM [gross profit margin] in 3Q25.”

Bank of America reiterates Tesla as neutral

Bank of America says European Tesla registrations remain disappointing.

“Despite the strong performance of BEVs [battery electric vehicles] in the region, TSLA sales continue to disappoint. TSLA’s registrations are down -33.6% YTD, with July at -40% YoY. This indicates that TSLA is losing market share to competitors which are expanding their BEV offerings.”

UBS reiterates Oracle as buy

UBS says it’s sticking with Oracle ahead of earnings in September.

“Bottom line, we remain positive and are Buy-rated.”

UBS reiterates Deckers as buy

UBS says Deckers is a “significantly underappreciated growth stock.”

“We see a very good opportunity to buy shares in a growth company currently significantly undervalued by the market.”

Bank of America downgrades Marvell Technology to neutral from buy

The firm downgraded the stock following earnings on Thursday.

“Unlike prior calls, we did not hear the same level of confidence/visibility about MRVL’s AI growth prospects in the near/medium term.”

Goldman Sachs reiterates Ollie’s Bargain Outlet as buy

Goldman says the discount retailer has “earnings power.”

“We reiterate our Buy rating on OLLI as the company continues to thrive on supply chain disruption, closeout product from retail bankruptcies, and attractive vendor partnerships.”

JPMorgan reiterates Gap as overweight

JPMorgan says investors should buy the dip.

“With the foundation set under CEO Dickson to support a consistent playbook of improved merchandising & marketing across all four brands, we see GAP at an inflection point...”

Citi initiates Lumentum Holdings as buy

Citi says the telecommunications optical company is “firing on all AI optics cylinders.”

“We initiate coverage on Lumentum (LITE) with a Buy and a $165 price target.”
