MongoDB raised its full-year outlook again after second-quarter sales jumped ahead of expectations. The shares soared 31.5% in overnight trading.

Shares of nCino surged 10.7% in overnight trading after the financial software company posted second-quarter results that beat Wall Street's expectations and raised its full-year outlook.

EchoStar shares jumped another 8.1% in overnight trading. EchoStar stock roared more than 70% higher on Tuesday after AT&T said it agreed to purchase certain wireless spectrum licenses from the telecom company for about $23 billion in an all-cash deal.

Cracker Barrel announced it will scrap its new logo after backlash from customers and President Donald Trump. The shares jumped 6.1% in overnight trading.

Cybersecurity company Okta raised annual revenue and profit forecasts on Tuesday, betting on growing demand for its identity verification tools as enterprises strengthen defenses against artificial intelligence-powered attacks. The shares jumped 6.1% in overnight trading.

PVH Corp. boosted its forecast for the current year following stronger sales in the second quarter on celebrity partnerships and entertainment deals. The shares gained 4.9% in overnight trading.
