Applied Materials forecast fourth-quarter revenue and profit below estimates on Thursday, citing weak demand in China and erratic orders from customers facing uncertainty due to tariffs, sending its shares down 14% in extended trading.

KLA-Tencor down 6%; Lam Research down 5%; ASML Holding NV down 2%.

Quantum Computing (QUBT) reported a Q2 net loss of $0.26 per diluted share, wider than a loss of $0.06 a year earlier. Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $61,000, down from $183,000 a year earlier, the company said on Tuesday. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $100,000. Shares fell 4% during overnight trading.

GameSquare Holdings Inc. $(GAME)$ announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, reporting a decrease in revenue to $15.9 million from $17.8 million in the same period last year. Shares fell 3.6% in overnight trading.
