Uruguayan fintech DLocal Limited on Wednesday raised its growth forecasts for 2025, after its second-quarter earnings topped analyst forecasts, helped by more diversified operations and solid results in Brazil and Mexico. dLocal shares surged 27% in overnight trading.

Intuitive Machines shares are falling 7% in overnight trading on Wednesday after the company announced a proposed private offering. After market close on Wednesday, Intuitive Machines said it intends to offer $250 million of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering to institutional buyers. The company plans to grant the initial purchasers a 13-day window to buy up to an additional $37.5 million of the notes.

Ether-holding company shares shined. 180 Life Sciences Corp up 9%; GameSquare and Upexi, Inc. up 5%; BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc. up 4%.
