President Trump is considering reclassifying marijuana as a less dangerous drug, according to people familiar with the matter, after pot companies have poured millions of dollars into Trump’s political groups.

AST SpaceMobile, Inc. saw its stock surge 12% in overnight trading following the release of its second quarter 2025 results and a positive business update. The company, which is pioneering the first space-based cellular broadband network, reaffirmed its ambitious plans for satellite deployment and spectrum expansion, boosting investor confidence.

Ether-holding company shares jumped in overnight trading. SBET up nearly 5%; BTCS up 3%; GameSquare up over 2%; BitMine up over 1%.

Intel stock rose nearly 3% in overnight trading. After meeting with Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan Monday, President Donald Trump struck a more conciliatory tone than he had last week when he called for Tan’s resignation.

“The meeting was a very interesting one,” Trump posted to Truth Social. “His success and rise is an amazing story. Mr. Tan and my Cabinet members are going to spend time together, and bring suggestions to me during the next week.”
