Rare Earth Stocks Jump Again With NioCorp Developments up 19%

Rare earth stocks jumped again in morning trading. NioCorp Developments rose 19%; USA Rare Earth rose 12%; MP Materials rose 5%.

Companies linked to rare earth minerals surged last week after the U.S. government announced plans to take a large stake in MP Materials, the operator of the only rare earths mine in the U.S., to help the company boost output of rare earths.
