YZJ Fin Hldg shares kept surging 5% on Thursday after jumping 5% on Wednesday.

Yangzijiang Financial said that its proposed spin-off company, YZJ Maritime Development, was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Meanwhile, the SGX-ST has said that the company's proposed spin-off and listing will not amount to a chain listing.
