FTSE 100 mixed; construction PMI data watched

Investing.com – U.K. equities started mixed on Friday. The top risers were Chemicals, Personal Goods and Household Goods sectors; while Electricity, Media and Tobacco were the top fallers.

At the market open in London, the FTSE 100 Index moved a little. The FTSE 250 Index rose and the FTSE 350 Index were down. The FTSE 250 climbed 0.10%, while the FTSE 350 was up by 0.19%.

Top Gainers:

  • Croda International PLC (LON:CRDA): Rose 1.57% or 65.0 points to 4,211.0.
  • Fresnillo (LON:FRES): Increased 1.27% or 8.00 points to 637.00.
  • Schroders (LON:SDR): Climbed 1.04% or 3.6 points to 350.8.
