Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Oil&Gas, Banking and Financials sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.13% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Energean Oil&Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which rose 3.25% or 152.00 points to trade at 4,830.00 at the close. Harel (TASE:HARL) added 1.42% or 52.00 points to end at 3,722.00 and Airport City Ltd (TASE:ARPT) was up 1.36% or 75.00 points to 5,600.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which lost 1.28% or 65.00 points to trade at 5,021.00 in late trade. Enlight Ene (TASE:ENLT) declined 1.19% or 72.00 points to end at 5,995.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) shed 1.10% or 720.00 points to 64,780.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 216 to 214 and 108 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.35% or 1.75 to $76.27 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.87% or 1.45 to hit $79.03 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 16.65 to trade at $2,554.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.00% to 3.66, while EUR/ILS fell 0.48% to 4.05.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 101.42.
