Citing two people familiar with the matter, Reuters reported on Friday that Oman’s Mina al Fahal terminal has halted crude oil loading, following an explosion near its single-buoy mooring (SBM) berths.

Mina al Fahal is located on the Gulf of Oman, outside the Persian Gulf, marking a geographical extension of infrastructure disruption beyond the Strait of Hormuz zone

The cause of the explosion has not been confirmed yet.
