Iovance Q2 2026 Earnings: Amtagvi Drives 66% Revenue Growth and a Narrower Loss

Iovance Biotherapeutics’ second-quarter 2026 revenue rose 66% year over year to $99.3 million, led by approximately $91 million of U.S. Amtagvi sales. Gross margin reached 56%, excluding depreciation and amortization, while net loss narrowed to $47.3 million from $111.7 million and diluted EPS improved to -$0.11 from -$0.33. Lower cost of sales and R&D spending helped reduce the operating loss. Iovance ended June with about $304 million in cash resources and is reviewing its existing $350 million to $370 million full-year revenue guidance.
