GigaCloud Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Rose 27.6% as Gross Margin Expanded

GigaCloud Technology’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 27.6% year over year to $411.6 million, while GAAP diluted EPS increased 27.5% to $1.16. Gross margin expanded to 25.6% from 23.9%, and adjusted EBITDA grew 39.5% to $60.4 million. Marketplace GMV reached $1.74 billion for the trailing 12 months, led by faster growth in third-party GMV.
