FuboTV Q3 FY2026 Earnings: Subscribers Rise as Pro Forma Revenue Stays Flat

FuboTV’s Q3 FY2026 revenue was $1.482 billion, essentially flat versus $1.484 billion on a pro forma basis, while EPS was a loss of $0.25. The GAAP net loss narrowed to $25.7 million, though adjusted EBITDA declined to $19.1 million from pro forma $31.0 million. North America paid subscribers increased 2% to a record Q3 5.75 million.
