Dana Q2 2026 earnings: EBITDA margin expands as guidance rises

Dana's Q2 2026 revenue rose 3.9% to $2.01 billion, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $207 million and margin expanded 270 basis points to 10.3%. Diluted adjusted EPS reached $0.19, and Q2 operating cash flow rose to $109 million. Dana raised its 2026 sales and adjusted EBITDA guidance, restarted share repurchases, and kept the Eaton Mobility combination on track for a first-quarter 2027 close. Despite the quarterly cash improvement, first-half operating and adjusted free cash flow remained negative. Pricing, cost savings, operating improvements, demand, and favorable currency translation supported the quarter.
