Torrid Fiscal Q2 2026 Earnings: Tariff Refunds Lift Profit Despite Lower Sales

Torrid’s (NYSE: CURV) fiscal Q2 2026 net sales fell 11.8% to $231.7 million, while diluted EPS increased to $0.05 from $0.02. Gross margin rose to 38.7%, but an $11.1 million IEEPA tariff refund recorded against cost of goods sold drove the improvement; excluding refunds, gross margin was 33.9% and adjusted EBITDA was $12.1 million. Six-month operating cash flow improved to $10.1 million from a $2.3 million use of cash. Full-year guidance was raised only to include the refund, leaving the underlying outlook unchanged.
