ACV Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Grows Despite Flat Marketplace Volume

ACV reported Q2 2026 revenue of $213.9 million, up 10% year over year, while GAAP EPS declined to -$0.05 from -$0.04. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $21 million, although marketplace GMV of $2.7 billion and 211,472 units were roughly flat. Growth came from marketplace services and a 39% increase in customer assurance revenue. Operating losses narrowed, but higher net interest expense contributed to a wider GAAP net loss. ACV reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of $845 million to $855 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $73 million to $77 million.
