MILAN, March 12 (Reuters) - ERG ERG.MI is not involved in any discussions over mergers or business combinations, the energy company's Chief Executive Officer Paolo Merli told an analyst call on Wednesday, after reports over a potential tie-up with utility A2A A2.MI.
